How do I install gdx-video?

Postby hjk321 » Tue Jun 12, 2018 3:49 am

I've gotten as far as putting the dependencies in the gradles, but I cannot find the mavens anywhere and there is no jar on the webpage to download. Also it seems the readme instructions are incomplete. How do I put this extension in my project? Please note I only need desktop support.

Thanks! :)

Did you build ffmpeg for the platform you want to run on? There's build scripts for making a custom version of ffmpeg in the jni folder.

I cd into the gdx-video-desktop/jni folder and run ant. It compiled for a while, and results in a jar with compiled libs.
Are you building on windows? If this is the case, you may have to change the compilers in the ant files. They are targeted meant for building from linux.
