Is it possible to instantly see the changes after adjusting some values in debug mode in Desktop launcher ?

By default, no. You can just choose to close and re-run your DesktopLauncher, though, to see your results after changing variables without needing to Rebuild in most cases, whether in Debug or not. At least, this seems true with IntelliJ.

You can use hot reloading, it is quite limited in what it can do, but for tuning some values its pretty decent. It might require some fiddling to get it to work.

You dont need to use DCEVM, but it is a little more powerful.
