I'm a complete noob to libGDX and low-level game making in general so if I'm asking obvious or dumb questions here, that's why.

I'd like to know if certain things can possibly be made in libGDX. I don't need to know how to do it, I'd just like to know if it is possible. I'm looking to make a game with a very specific style, and in order to achieve that style I need to know if:mconvert

2D and 3D elements like sprites and 3D rendered models can be displayed on the screen at the same time.

If games in libGDX can be displayed at low resolutions like 256 x 384 and have the 3D objects on the screen rendered at that low resolution to look very pixelated.
