not exactly at same time, bug yes you can call SpriteBatch and ModelBatch after and mix 2D and 3D graphics.

If games in libGDX can be displayed at low resolutions like 256 x 384 and have the 3D objects on the screen rendered at that low resolution to look very pixelated.

i never try, but surely !
