I want to import a xml-file into the game. Has anybody experience how to write such an importer performant enough to run on android.
I am not sure, If I should write something on my own or should I use either STAX or JAXB or something different.

Perhaps there is somebody who has written xml importing functionality.
I could imagin, that somebody has already written an importer for example for svg-files.

Thank you for all hints,

You want to import a vector image to draw it with OpenGL? Why exactly would you want to do that?

Is there any reason you don't want to rasterize the image and render it as a texture?

Did you check out the com.badlogic.gdx.utils.XmlReader class?
