Once I get the word out for the game I'll look into releasing for iOS and Steam as well. Also, I plan to host my first sale soon, so keep an eye out for it. Thanks for taking a look!

Kudos on finishing such a big project alone. What engine did you use? libGDX or RPG Maker or something else?

Hi Magnesus,

Thanks I appreciate it! I used libgdx for the project. It was definitely quite the undertaking but my Java background helped.

After having done all of it if I was to start a project now I'd probably go with RPG maker or another cross platform framework like Unity that would have support for the latest consoles. That being said the I appreciated the libgdx framework for its flexibility. Hopefully libgdx is continued to be supported for a while longer.

It says not compatible with my devices Nexus 5X & Nexus 9. What does it need?

Hi TomGrill,

That's odd... I checked the device catalog and both the Nexus 5X and Nexus 9 are listed as compatible, and I don't have any excluded devices either. The minimum OS required is 4.0 which both of those are good for as well.

The only thing I can think of is the country; what country is your device set to for Google Play?

BTW great job on Acorn Tilewalker, good puzzles and very high production quality for sure.

Ah... Ok that's what it is. If you don't mind me asking, is it very common for English-only games to be on Google Play? I've been hesitant to branch out to other countries just because I'm not sure how common it is for non-localized games in other countries. I'd love to localize my game but the cost is not quite feasible due to the amount of text in the game.

I don't know the best approach for text heavy games.

No worries, I was just curious. It should be available for devices in Germany now if you want to check it out. If you download it feel free to let me know what you think! Thanks
