Hi everyone, first time poster here. I was wondering how practical it would be and if there are any guides available, to make some simple yet interesting mobile game art without using any textures, using only things like shapeRender to get that kind of "indie" look (something like The Impossible GameThe Impossible Game or BLUK). I started making a little 2d game to basically learn Java in general and now I've gotten to the point were I'd like to release it and I don't know if I'm crazy for even considering doing the graphics like this. Thanks!

Its not imposible, just a lot easier with textures and shaders.

You can make your assets with Inkscape to get the sort of look you want without the hassle of trying to do it without Textures.
