Game has stopped, Game keeps Stopping

hi guys, i just came with another project, on desktop works like a charm, but now im trying to running into my android.
So trying to RUN AS > Android Aplication over the Android project, it wasnt compiling, keeps gave me an error about the DX.jar, so after read some forums i swtiched the 27 build tools version, to 25.0.3 buildtools using sdk.buildtools=25.0.3 on project.proprieties. And compiled great.

But after i intall the apk into my phone (via adt, and manualy installing via apk on /bin folder) at launch the game it keeps giving me the message
Game Has Stopped,(open the app again) and after open it keeps giving me Game keeps stopping . So i was thinking maybe is my project, let me create a new one, clean, that one with the badlogic logo just for try, and the same error ocurs.

So i switched to android virtual, and again the same error.

PC is fresh formated windows 7

Am i missing something? coz im pretty sure is that i used to do with my older projects.

in Android Studio works great just tested. I do love eclipse, coz is light and i'm used to it.
BUT in the name of the God Sake, im switching libgdx projetcts to android studio.

How can an IDE be SO HEAVY! WTF!

I couldn't agree more about AS. I'm still using eclipse as it really fits into the way I like to code. I wish some features of eclipse could be ported to AS.
