Multitexturing and rendering font on a texture

I have a problem: I have a basic texture and want to add something to it in the code. So, how can I render multiple textures on one model? I also want to add a color at a specific point. How do I do that? And last: On the texture should be text from my BitMapFont. So how do I render a text on a texture? I tried meshBuilder and MeshParts, but it doesn't work. The Class:
